Lewis R. Scott III, 12, of Jacksonville, Florida, born on October 21, 2004 in Orlando, Florida, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.
Lewis was a joyful child who loved life and his family. He enjoyed swimming, playing baseball, basketball and Xbox Live, traveling to the beach and spending time with his cousins and friends. Lewis R. Scott III, 12, of Jacksonville, Florida, born on October 21, 2004 in Orlando, Florida, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.
Lewis was a joyful child who loved life and his family. He enjoyed swimming, playing baseball, basketball and Xbox Live, traveling to the beach and spending time with his cousins and friends. Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents, Lewis and Raffy Scott, Jr.; his brother, Anderson Scott; his sister, Karribian Scott; his grandparents, Gary (Sherry) Anderson, Pam (Dan) Duvall, Annie (Jerry) Thomas, Sr., and Lewis Scott, Sr.; his great-grandparents, Kenny (Helen) Reynolds; his aunts and uncles, Afton Anderson, Ashley Anderson, Lakeydra Scott, Jerry (Lauren) Thomas, Jr., and Corey Thomas; numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends.
